PAYMENT & ORDER INFORMATION

We accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All orders are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email. All orders are considered final once payment has been made and cannot be canceled or changed.

SHIPPING & TAXES 

Orders are shipped out of Bali, Indonesia via DHL and FedEx. All orders dispatched include tracking and will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 – 3 business days. International express deliveries will take between 2 – 7 business days to ship, depending on the destination, and are subject to potential delays due to covid alert restrictions and/or customs inspection.

Customers may be liable to pay additional customs duty tax (if any) imposed on orders shipped across international borders, based on your country’s customs regulations. This tax will be paid separately and directly to the shipping carrier by the customer.

GÁMINE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or refused/returned. In the event of refused/returned packages, the customer will be liable for the full cost of re-shipping.

We offer complimentary shipping for orders above SGD$300. For orders under SGD$300, please refer to the following shipping flat rates:

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

GÁMINE accepts exchanges and refunds on full-priced purchases made within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that all returns are in brand-new condition with tags and packaging intact. All refunds are issued in store credit. For exchanges, the customer will be liable to pay the full re-shipping fee (not the flat-rate).

All returns sent back to us must be trackable and securely packed. Customers will be liable for any loss or damaged returns. GÁMINE reserves the right to refuse any returns deemed unsatisfactory.

The following purchases are non-eligible for exchanges or refunds: Intimates, swim, purchases made with discount codes, discounted sale products
